Meditation on Twin Hearts (Planetary Meditation for Peace)

This meditation develops the human and spiritual hearts or "The Twin Hearts". A thorough cleansing of the chakras and aura occurs through the "down-pouring" of spiritual energy. This effect "flushes" the energy system and physical body with Divine Energy - which when cleansed - lead the mediator to feel deeply relaxed and internally calm.


During the meditation, practitioners use the Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi to Bless every person and every being with Divine Light, Love and Reconciliation. Regular practice of this meditation brings about inner peace, improved personal relationships, stress relief, and greater productivity. The practitioner generates inner calmness, both internal and external peace, harmony and divine oneness and divine bliss. Prolonged practice leads to expansion of consciousness and illumination. Of all the techniques developed and taught by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui, perhaps none prompts as many glowing testimonials of personal healing and positive life transformation as the Meditation on Twin Hearts. This meditation is truly special. It works on the physical, mental, and spiritual levels to open the heart chakra (the physical heart) and the crown chakra (the spiritual heart), thereby enabling you to draw down a great amount of high-quality divine energy into the crown. The prana that this meditation produces greatly promotes physical and mental health as well as inner illumination.

When someone who can see auras observes a person practicing the Meditation on Twin Hearts, he sees a great down pouring of brilliant white light rushing into the crown and spreading throughout the entire energy body. This divine prana purges the energy body of contamination, which is how Meditation on Twin Hearts produces physical healing. This opening of the crown, and the increased flow of divine energy, also makes possible inner illumination. After blessing the earth with the spiritual energy, you meditate on OM and the gap or the stillness between the OMs for about 10 minutes. You then let go and extend that period of stillness. Meditating on the gap between the OMs and during the extended period of stillness enables you to make contact with your higher self or soul. Repeated prolonged stillness and contact with your soul produces that state of inner illumination.

Studies on Meditation on Twin Hearts

Research and Scientific studies have been completed on the neurophysiological, psychological, and sociological and psychospiritual effects of the Meditation on Twin Hearts. These studies have been conducted in the most part by Glenn Mendoza, M.D. in New York City, New York and by Dr. Vrunda and Supriya Ghorpadkar and Mr. Sundaram in Bangalore, India.

Scientific Studies and Research done on Meditation on Twin Hearts:

Meditation on Twin Hearts showed measurable changes on the pattern of electrical activity through the brain by electroencephalograph (EEG). Comparing EEG studies before and after meditation, there was a dramatic transition from beta waves to alpha waves and delta-theta waves in 14 meditators and non-meditators.

There was an observable increased in brain synchrony (alpha-delta-theta waves) between the two hemispheres of the brain after the Meditation on Twin Hearts. There was synchronization of brain waves initially between the same hemisphere and followed by synchrony between the frontal, middle and rear portions of the brain.

There was a decrease in heart rate and respiratory rate of up to 15-20% and an increase in oxygen saturation after the Meditation on Twin Hearts.

A positive relationship of skin conductance before and after the Meditation was observed in all subjects.

The Meditation on Twin Hearts was found to show a dramatic muscle potential measurement through electromyogram (EMG) of the scalene and extensor muscles of the arms.

There was significant increase in neurohormones serum Serotonin and plasma Melatonin (up to 300%) following Meditation on Twin Hearts in a pilot study of 17 subjects and a follow-up study of 35 subjects.

No significant relationship between Meditation on Twin Hearts and beta endorphins was noted.
